Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has addressed Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's loss of three key allies: Bashar al-Assad, Nicolas Maduro, and Ali Khamenei.
As reported by "Hvylya", the diplomat released a corresponding statement regarding recent global developments.
According to the minister, the Kremlin chief has lost his closest friends in just over a year, with Russia failing to help any of them retain power. Sybiha emphasized that this dynamic demonstrates three key points.
"First, Russia is not a reliable ally, even for those who rely heavily on it. Second, while Russia remains bogged down in its senseless war against Ukraine—which it will never win and refuses to end—its global influence is plummeting," he noted.
The diplomat also expressed confidence that the collapse of authoritarian regimes will continue.
"Third, the domino effect of toppling dictators must continue, and Putin's fall is eventually inevitable. Together, we must make every effort to hasten this joyful day and ensure accountability for all Russian crimes. Justice is inevitable," Sybiha concluded.
As a reminder, Iran has officially confirmed Khamenei's death, declaring a 40-day mourning period.
