Ukrainian strike systems have delivered devastating blows to two strategically important industrial facilities deep inside Russian territory: the Votkinsk Plant and the Neftegorsk Gas Processing Plant.

According to reports from Ukrainian OSINT channels "Kyber Boroshno" and "Exilenova+," relayed by Hvylya, the attacks targeted critical production and processing infrastructure.

The strike on the Votkinsk Plant, carried out using FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles, resulted in a massive breach in the roof of Building 19, which houses the electroplating and stamping workshop. The damage covers an area of approximately 30 by 24 meters. This specific production site is used for metal stamping and the creation of basic hull structures for Russian missiles.

"The nature of the destruction and the configuration of the collapse indicate that the epicenter of the explosion was inside the building, likely causing the internal areas to burn out completely," analysts from Kyber Boroshno stated. The loss of such a workshop is capable of critically disrupting the entire production cycle of the enterprise.

Equally serious damage was inflicted on the Neftegorsk Gas Processing Plant, which was attacked by FP-1 systems. Two vertical stabilization columns—key elements for raw material preparation and the removal of light fractions from oil—were hit at the facility.

Analysts from the Exilenova+ project emphasized the scale of the consequences: "Damage to such columns means a disruption of the technological cycle, limitation or complete stoppage of supply, and a complex, lengthy recovery process. Effectively, this is a strike at the core of the installation."

While the fire at the gas processing plant has been localized, firefighting efforts continue. Smoke remains visible in atypical areas of the plant, and fire equipment remains active on-site. According to experts, in addition to the main columns, the strike may have also damaged technical pipelines that divert excess gases to flare systems for emergency combustion.
