The United States and Israel have launched a massive military operation against Iran, targeting critical infrastructure and military facilities. President Donald Trump stated that the country could undergo a final regime change as early as tonight.

As reported by Hvylya, the developments were confirmed by Fox News, Israeli Army Radio, and a statement from Trump himself.

The U.S. military independently struck dozens of targets on Kharg Island, Iran's main oil export hub. The operation targeted bunkers, a radar station, and ammunition depots. A senior U.S. official, speaking on condition of anonymity, described the strikes as a direct "message to the Iranians."

Simultaneously, Israel joined the offensive. According to the Israeli military, its forces focused on logistics, striking railway lines, crossings, and bridges across various parts of Iran.

Amid these events, Trump released an emotional statement, reminding that the deadline for his ultimatum is expiring. He suggested that "an entire civilization could perish" tonight, never to return, while also expressing hope for a better scenario for the local population.

"However, now that a complete and final regime change has occurred, and other, more reasonable and less radical forces are coming to the forefront, perhaps something truly revolutionary and beautiful can happen—who knows? Forty-seven years of extortion, corruption, and death will finally come to an end," Trump wrote.

Previously, the American leader had threatened to destroy all of Iran's key infrastructure, including power plants, if a peace agreement was not reached. According to Axios sources, the plan for massive bombings of energy facilities was fully prepared and only awaiting a final order from the White House.
