On April 1, 2026, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported a successful strike on the "Strela" joint-stock company in Russia's Bryansk region, a facility producing components for cruise missiles.
The operation is part of a broader effort to reduce the Russian aggressor's military and economic potential. "Target engagement has been recorded. The scale of the enemy's losses is being clarified," the General Staff stated.
Ukrainian troops also targeted multiple enemy positions along the frontlines. Forces struck Russian drone control points near Zaliznychne and Dolynka in the Zaporizhzhia region, alongside a command and observation post near Uspenivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Additional strikes successfully hit a concentration of Russian troops near Sosnivka and a logistics depot near Yakymivka in the Zaporizhzhia region. Furthermore, Ukrainian forces targeted a hub of enemy weapons and military equipment near Novosvitlivka in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region.
The military command noted that total enemy casualties and equipment losses are currently being assessed.
