US President Donald Trump has leveled harsh criticism at France and the United Kingdom, stating that because they failed to support Washington's actions against Iran, they must now handle their own fuel and security issues independently.
According to Hvylya, Trump made the remarks on his Truth Social network.
Trump stated that France refused to allow planes carrying military cargo for Israel to pass through its airspace. He accused Paris of providing zero assistance in the elimination of the Iranian leadership, warning sharply that "the US will remember this."
The president separately addressed countries currently facing severe aviation fuel shortages due to the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz. He specifically singled out the UK, which had previously declined to participate in military operations against Iran.
Trump now offered the British and other Europeans two simple options: either buy fuel from the United States, which has plenty, or muster the courage to send ships into the strait and take what is theirs by force.
He emphasized that the hardest part of the job is already done, with Iran effectively crushed. However, he declared that America will no longer come to the aid of European allies who turned their backs on Washington when it mattered most. "Go get your own oil," the politician concluded.
