On the morning of November 29, Russian forces launched a combined attack on Ukraine using 36 missiles and 596 drones. The Kyiv region was the primary target, with energy infrastructure facilities and civilian buildings coming under fire.
The Ukrainian Air Force and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported the details.
According to the Air Force, the enemy deployed 5 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, 23 Kh-101/Iskander-K cruise missiles, 4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, 4 Kh-59/69 guided air missiles, and 596 attack drones of various types, including approximately 350 Shaheds.
Air defense forces intercepted or jammed 577 aerial targets: 558 drones, 12 cruise missiles, 4 ballistic missiles, 2 guided air missiles, and 1 Kinzhal. Missile strikes and 35 drone hits were recorded at 22 locations, while falling debris was reported at 17 sites.
As of this morning, three people are confirmed dead and dozens injured. In Kyiv and the surrounding region, residential buildings were damaged, and fires broke out.
"It is time for Europe to make a decision on frozen assets if Moscow does not want to give up drone and missile strikes," Zelenskyy said, urging partners to engage in talks on ending the war.
