Mindich's mother registered three apartments in her name
Stella Mindich, the mother of Timur Mindich, who is suspected of corruption in the energy sector, has become the owner of three apartments in Kyiv in recent years. One of them is located in a building on Hrushevskoho Street, 9-A. This apartment, with an area of 214 square meters, came into the woman's ownership back in 2020.
Two more apartments in the elite residential complex "Metropol" were registered to Stella Mindich in 2023. Their total area is almost 200 square meters. At minimum market prices at that time, the cost of such property was about $600,000.
According to the documents, the woman paid only 2 million 967 thousand hryvnias for both apartments, which is approximately $80,690 - much less than the market price.
Stella Mindich acquired the apartments from the developer of the residential complex — LLC "SKYPROJECT". This firm belongs to Oleksandr Glimbovsky, who is the father-in-law of the former head of the SFS, Roman Nasirov.

Six months before he was served with a notice of suspicion, in April 2025, Igor Fursenko purchased a new car - a 2023 Porsche Macan. The cost of such a car can currently exceed $60,000, which is over 2.5 million hryvnias.

The apartment was sold to her by Natalia May - the wife of the former co-owner of the "Roshen" company.
