Political expert Viktor Kurtyev stated that the so-called "Mindich Tapes" are not just another corruption scandal, but a planned information strike against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to Hvylya, he shared this in a conversation with Yuriy Romanenko.

Kurtyev expressed the opinion that this situation is part of a larger external plan, the goal of which is to pressure the head of state into making a fateful decision.

In Kurtyev's view, Russian special servicesz` are observing the events with interest, using Ukraine's internal instability for their own purposes.

"I think somewhere in Moscow, the Fifth Service of the FSB and the GRU General Staff separately... have been celebrating for three days now. They are watching. They are basically chewing popcorn and observing everything that is currently happening here," Kurtyev stated.

Romanenko, in turn, described the series of political scandals in the country as a never-ending soap opera.

"Well, it's just like a Santa Barbara that has no end," he noted.

Kurtyev believes the current crisis is part of a deliberate multi-stage operation, the command center for which is located outside of Ukraine. The ultimate goal of this plan, according to him, is to create a situation where the President will be forced to make a difficult choice.

"I think the series will continue for some time... I think President Zelenskyy will have to make a certain fateful decision for himself and for the country," the expert predicts.

According to his analysis, "the one who is above the fray and who has begun the implementation of their plan—that center is clearly not in Ukraine."

During the conversation, the resignation of the Energy Minister was also discussed, which Kurtyev called one of the "main casualties" in this story, noting that she is not an energy specialist but had spent her entire life working in ecology.

The experts agree that the country is entering a period of high political turbulence, and the culmination will be a decision that will determine Ukraine's future.

We previously wrote that on November 10, the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) announced the exposure of a criminal organization whose main activity was the "systematic receipt of improper benefits from Energoatom contractors, ranging from 10% to 15% of the contract value." NABU claims the funds were legalized through a back office in central Kyiv, through which approximately $100 million passed.
