A Ukrainian delegation has personally briefed President Volodymyr Zelensky in detail on the outcome of all meetings held in the United States.

As reported by Hvylya, the President announced the details via his Telegram channel.

According to Zelensky, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Secretary Rustem Umerov and the delegation members who negotiated in Florida outlined the American side's key priorities in the dialogue. Work proceeded based on the Geneva document, which has since been refined.

The Ukrainian leader noted that they discussed sensitive matters in person that could not be trusted to telephone lines.

"I am grateful to Andriy Hnatov for providing American partners with a highly substantive briefing on the actual situation at the front. With the participation of intelligence services, we discussed with the US side the prospects for implementing specific steps on the battlefield, as well as issues regarding security against Russian strikes and disruptions of agreements in the event of a ceasefire," the President noted.

At the same time, Zelensky emphasized that Ukrainian diplomats are actively working with all partners to ensure European nations and other members of the "coalition of the willing" are substantively involved in developing solutions. The Ukrainian leader informed the team about his conversations the previous day in Paris with European leaders and Steve Witkoff.

"We are noting that the Russians have already launched new disinformation campaigns, taking into account the preparation of their meetings with the American side. I have instructed [the team] to continue our maximally constructive work with President Trump's team, as well as with European partners. Ukrainian intelligence will share available information with partners regarding Russia's true intentions and its attempts to use diplomatic work as a cover for weakening sanctions and blocking important collective European decisions," he stressed.

Additionally, Zelensky stated that Ukraine takes this entire diplomatic effort extremely seriously: "We are interested in a genuine peace and guaranteed security."

"It is precisely this interest that we must compel the Russian side to adopt, and this task can only be realized jointly with our partners. The NSDC Secretary will remain in constant contact with America to determine the schedule of future meetings," the President added.

It was previously reported that Zelensky discussed peace in Ukraine with Macron, Starmer, Witkoff, and Umerov.
