The region is rapidly descending into a large-scale disaster due to a "network of killers" gripped by a syndrome of arrogance, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned. The Turkish leader stated that the Israeli leadership is mistaken if it believes it can ensure its own security through state-sponsored terror.
According to Erdogan, Tel Aviv is ignoring ceasefire conditions, intensifying strikes on the Gaza Strip, and simultaneously moving toward attempts to occupy Lebanon. He emphasized the destructive role of Israel's current Prime Minister in the ongoing conflict.
"Even the Israeli public, spending every night in shelters, now openly calls Netanyahu the greatest disaster to befall them since the Holocaust," Erdogan concluded.
